Full-length antibody IgG1 5H2 was concentrated from the culture medium of transformed CHO cells selected with 2×10−7 M methotrexate and then affinity purified through a protein A column. The neutralizing activity of the antibody preparation was tested by PRNT against DENV-4 H241, isolated in the Philippines, and DENV-4 814669 and DEV-4 341750, isolated in the Caribbean.
