This product is the Fab fragment of a recombinant chimpanzee anti-Dengue virus monoclonal antibody identified by panning of a phage library using the antigen of DENV-2. With high specificity and sensitivity, the average ELISA titer of this Fab fragment antibody binding to DENV-1~4 is about 3.9 μg/mL. By binding to the E protein, this Fab fragment anbitody is broadly reactive to flaviviruses and efficient for cross-neutralization of DENV-1 and DENV-2. The Fab antibody also neutralized the chimeric DENV-2 /DENV-4 at a PRNT50 titer of 0.64 μg/mL. This Fab fragment antibody can be potentially used in the treatment and diagnosis rearch of Dengue virus infection.
