Anti-DENV4 E Recombinant Antibody scFv Fragment (MRO-1130LC-S(P)) (CAT#: MRO-1130LC-S(P))
This product is a scFv fragment of a recombinant chimpanzee anti-dengue virus monoclonal antibody. In the radio-immunoprecipitation assay 1A10 precipitated the E protein of each of four dengue virus serotypes (D1 to D4) from the lysates from infected Vero cells. The chimpanzee scFv fragment and its humanized monoclonal antibody could selectively bind and neutralize dengue type 1, 2, 3 and 4 virus by binding to the E protein. This product can be potentially used in the research of treatment and diagnosis of Dengue virus infection disease.
