Human Anti-DPP4 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-0215-YC)

This product is a recombinant humanized antibody that recognizes DPP4. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. The anti-proliferative effect of specified recombinant human MAb was analyzed in Jurkat CD26+ cells and the most inhibitory concentration was at 5 μg/mL. The antibody has an a discontinuous or conformational epitope. It had high reactivity against peptides: YSLRWISDHEYLY, YVKQWRHSYTASY, TWSPVGHKLAYVW, EEEVFSAYSALWW and RISLQWLRRIQNY.

ELISA analysis of HPAB-0215-YC was performed by coating with Recombinant Human DPP4/CD26 Protein (His Tag). Then blocked with BSA, and incubated with HPAB-0215-YC. The HRP-conjugated goat Anti-Human IgG was used as a secondary antibody (1:5000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
