Recombinant Anti-DPP4 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (OX61 var.)

The anti-DPP4 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against rat DPP4. DPP4 is a membrane glycoprotein with T-cell activation roles, identical to several known proteins. The antibody has a novel DPP4-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble DPP4 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
