Human Anti-ECD Recombinant Antibody (clone mAb23); Fab Fragment (CAT#: PFBL-457)
Recombinant Human Antibody (mAb23) Fab Fragment is specific to ECD, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This Fab fragment blocks glucagon binding and inhibits basal receptor activity, indicating that it is an inverse agonist and that the ECD can negatively regulate receptor activity independent of ligand binding.
