Human Anti-ECD Recombinant Antibody (clone mAb23); scFv Fragment
CAT#: PSBL-457
Recombinant Human Antibody (mAb23) scFv Fragment is specific to ECD, expressed in E. coli. This scFv fragment blocks glucagon binding and inhibits basal receptor activity, indicating that it is an inverse agonist and that the ECD can negatively regulate receptor activity independent of ligand binding.
