Specific For GD3 Ganglioside
Clone R24 is highly specific for the cell-surface tumor antigen GD3. We used it in ELISA and it showed strong binding to the ganglioside. It is an essential tool for our research into glycosphingolipids and cell signal transduction events.
Good Functional Assay Results
We employed this recombinant mouse antibody in functional assays to study its effects on tumor cell development in vitro. The results were consistent with the reported anti-tumor activity in animal models. It is a potent and reliable reagent for our cancer research.
