Mouse Anti-GD3 Recombinant Antibody (clone KM641) (CAT#: FAMAB-0127YC)
Ganglioside GD3, which is one of the major gangliosides expressed on the cell surface of human tumors of neuroectodermal origin has been focused on as a target molecule for passive immunotherapy. Provided is a mouse antibody, KM641, specific for human ganglioside (GD3). KM641 has the potential to be a useful agent for passive immunotherapy of human cancer.

Neuroblastoma P122 cells and melanoma G361 cells were reacted with murine anti- (salmon growth hormone) mAb, KM737 (control antibody), murine KM641 and chimeric KM871. The cells were then stained with fluorescein-isothiocyanate-labeled protein Aand analyzed by flow cytometry.
