Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (MN215) (CAT#: MRO-157LC)

This product is a recombinant human anti-HIV-1 monoclonal antibody. MN215 specifically binds to gp120 and can be potentially used in the treatment of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), a condition in humans characterized by clinical features including wasting syndromes, central nervous system degeneration and profound immunosuppression that results in life-threatening opportunistic infections and malignancies.

HuMAb MN215 showed a relatively high affinity for the HIV-1 MN peptide and for the HIV-1 Universal V3 and HIV-1 SC peptides, but it bound with a much lower affinity to the HIV-1 SF2 peptide.
