Monoclonal Ab 2909 immunoprecipitated SF162 WT pseudoviruses but not those expressing SF162 mut or mock virus which does not express Env proteins. Monoclonal Ab 447 (anti-V3) precipitated both viruses and the control anti-parvovirus mAb 1418 did not precipitate any of the pseudoviruses.
