Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 3B3) (CAT#: PABL-541)
Recombinant Human Antibody (3B3) is capable of binding to HIV-1 gp120, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-HIV-1 gp120 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-HIV-1 gp120 proteins mAb and CL of human light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.

The first five columns show transfected 293T cells labeled with PE-conjugated mAb to HIV-1 envelope (3B3). White histograms correspond to expression of HIV-1 Env on transfected 293T cells (A1.con, B.con, B_MN, B_15313, and B_17779). Grey shaded histogram represents the empty vector (control) transfected cells. The rightmost column show B_MN infected H9 cells labeled with unconjugated mAbs and detected with FITC-conjugated secondary antibody. White histograms represent binding to the infected cells, while grey shaded histogram represents binding of the secondary antibody in the absence of primary antibody. All plots are representative of triplicate samples.
