Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone E51) (CAT#: PABW-063)
Recombinant Human Antibody (E51) is capable of binding to HIV-1 gp120, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-HIV-1 gp120 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-HIV-1 gp120 mAb and CL of human light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

Applications
- Application Notes
- The HIV-1 gp120 antibody has been reported in applications of Neutralization.
ELISA: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plates (Costar) were coated with 5 ug/ml HIV-1 gp120 and left overnight at 4°C. Plates were washed with PBS plus 0.05% Tween 20 (PBS-T) twice and blocked with 5% milk in PBS for 1 h at 37°C. Dilutions of murine E51, murine 412d, CD4-Ig, or CD4bs antibodies blocked with 5% milk in PBS were added to the plate and incubated for 1 h at 37°C.
