Anti-human IL-12 antibodies target the epitopes of the human IL-12 p75 heterodimer by which can anti-IL12 antibody functions as antagonist for controlling diseases associated with aberrant Thl-type helper cell activity, such as autoimmune disorders include multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis and autoimmune diabetes mellitus.
