Powerful Neutralizing Antibody
We used clone VMC188 to neutralize the bioactivity of IL13RA2 in our functional assays. It effectively blocked the receptor, allowing us to study the internalization of IL-13. The antibody is potent and works well even at lower concentrations.
Versatile Application Profile
It is great to have an antibody that works for FC, ELISA, and IHC. We used it to characterize IL13RA2 expression in various cancer cell lines, and the staining was consistent with the flow cytometry data. The affinity purification ensures high quality.
