Western blot analysis of HPAB-0315-CN was performed by loading human IL21 protein (Lane 1 0.1 μg, Lane 2 0.3 μg, Lane 3 0.6 μg) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with HPAB-0315-CN and HRP goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 3000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

Dot Blot analysis of HPAB-0315-CN was performed by coating with human IL21 protein (His tag).

HPAB-0315-CN incubation concentration: 2 μg/mL.
HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 3000)

Figure 3 Anti-IL21 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-0315-CN) in ELISA

ELISA analysis of HPAB-0315-CN was performed by coating with human IL21 protein (His tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with HPAB-0315-CN. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 4000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
