Human Anti-ITGA2B Recombinant Antibody (clone RUC-2); Fab Fragment (CAT#: PFBL-740)
Recombinant Human Antibody (RUC-2) is capable of binding to ITGA2B, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-ITGA2B fab and CH1-3 region of human fab and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-ITGA2B proteins fab and CL of human light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. This antibody inhibits ligand binding by a mechanism different from that of all other α(IIb)β(3) antagonists and may offer advantages as a therapeutic agent.
