Anti-Human LAMP1 Recombinant Antibody (CAT#: TAB-482CL)
Recombinant Humanized monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human LAMP1. The antibodiess which specifically bind human and Macaca fascicularis lysosomal-associated membrane protein 1 (LAMP1) proteins are used for treating cancer in a patient harboring LAMP1 gene copy number gain in cancer cells.

Figure 1 Anti-Human LAMP1 Antibody (TAB-482CL) in ELISA
ELISA analysis of TAB-482CL was performed by coating with Recombinant Human LAMP1 Protein (his-tag). Then blocked with BSA, and incubated with Anti-Human LAMP1 Antibody (TAB-482CL). The HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody. Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.

Dot blot analysis of TAB-482CL was performed with Recombinant Human LAMP1 Protein (his-tag) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel.
