Anti-LPA Recombinant Antibody scFv Fragment (LT3015 [B7(LT3000, Lpathomab)]) (CAT#: TAB-0340CL-S(P))

The high-affinity, specific monoclonal antibodies to LPA, one of which is also called Lpathpmab. The target of the antibody lysophosphatidic acid is a bioactive lipid mediating multiple cellular response, and it's involved in the establishment and progression of cancer by providing a pro-growth tumor microenvironment and promoting angiogenesis. By specifically react to LPA, the anti-LPA antbodies can be used in the treatment and prevention of malignancies, angiogenesis, and fibrosis-related disorders.

In comparison to native LT3015 (WT), the introduction of mutations in the LT3015 heavy chain (AsnH52Tyr/SerH52Tyr) or light chain (AnsL30Arg) does not significantly increase LPA affinity. However, their combination (AsnH52Tyr/SerH54Tyr/AsnL30Arg) results in a modified version of the antibody with increased LPA binding affinity.
