This is a chimeric (mouse/human) mAb Fab fragment binding to lymphotoxin-a (LTA). It may block the binding of the lymphotoxin-a ligand to one or more receptors. The antibody binds to human Th1, Th2, and Th17 cells, and does not bind to resting cells.
