Recombinant monoclonal antibody scFv Fragment expressed in E. coli binding to Human MRC1. The immunoglobulin single variable domains directed against human macrophage mannose receptor (MMR) can be used in targeting and in vivo imaging of tumor-associated macrophages, with applications in the field of cancer diagnostics and therapeutics and monitoring of the disease.
