Mouse Anti-OSM Recombinant Antibody (clone 15E10); scFv Fragment

Antibody 15E10 is a therapeutic antibody that specifically binds to OSM, particularly hOSM, and modulates the interaction between OSM and gp130. 15E10 murine antibody was consistently more potent in the gp130 inhibition ELISA but had potency similar to 10D3 in the KB cell assay when human OSM was the target antigen. However, 15E10 murine antibody was much more potent than 10D3 against cynomolgus monkey OSM in both assays.

Potent gp130 Inhibition
Our research focuses on the Oncostatin M signaling pathway. We used the 15E10 scFv fragment to modulate the interaction between OSM and gp130. It proved to be a potent inhibitor in our ELISA-based interaction assays, showing comparable or superior potency to other standard antibodies against human OSM.
Cross-Reactivity With Monkey OSM
A major advantage of this antibody is its ability to recognize cynomolgus monkey OSM, which was crucial for our translational research models. It demonstrated higher potency against the monkey antigen compared to other clones we tested, making it the preferred reagent for our primate-related studies.
