Excellent Neutralization Activity
We purchased this Rat Anti-Osm Antibody (Clone CBL660) to neutralize Oncostatin M in our mouse cell culture model. It worked effectively to inhibit the bioactivity of mouse OSM, allowing us to study downstream signaling pathways.
Specific To Mouse OSM
This monoclonal antibody is highly specific for mouse Oncostatin M. We used it in neutralization assays and it performed as described. The quality was high, with greater than 95% purity determined by SDS-PAGE.
