This product is a recombinant Human antibody that recognizes plexin domain containing 2. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.

SDS-PAGE analysis of TAB-577CT in non-reduced (Lane 1) and reduced (Lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result, different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively. And non-reduced protein migrates as 135-180 kDa.

The purity of TAB-577CT was greater than 98% as determined by SEC-HPLC.
