Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human RTN4R. The monoclonal antibodiess which bind to the Nogo-66 receptor have utility in the treatment of several states including but not limited to mammalian brain trauma, spinal cord injury, stroke, neurodegenerative diseases, and schizophrenia.
