Anti-Human SEMA4A Recombinant Antibody (161-70-1 ) (CAT#: TAB-426CT)
Recombinant monoclonal antibody 161-70-1 specifically binds to SEMA4A. It can inhibit T cell proliferation and Th2 differentiation induced by IL-4, anti-CD3, anti-CD28 and recombinant sema4A.

SDS-PAGE analysis of TAB-426CT in non-reduced (Lane 1) and β-mercaptoethanol-reduced (Lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively. The non-reduced antibody migrates as about 150-250 kDa.

Western blot analysis of TAB-426CT was performed by loading SEMA4A protein (Lane 1 0.5 μg, Lane 2 1 μg, Lane 3 1.5 μg) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB-426CT and HRP goat anti-Mouse IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

ELISA analysis of TAB-426CT was performed by coating with human SEMA4A protein, His tag. Then blocked with BSA and incubated with TAB-426CT. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-Mouse IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
