Human Anti-SOD1 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-469CT) (CAT#: TAB-469CT)
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes SOD1. This antibody binds to misfolded or aggregated human SOD1 with high affinity but not to physiological human SOD1 dimers. The specific binding of this human antibody to human SOD1 was validated by the direct ELISA. By reducing the overexpression of mutant SOD1, this antibody can protect the animal model from the degeneration of motor neurons. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. This antibody product could be used as a composition for the SOD1 targeted immunotherapy and detection research.
