Human Anti-SOD1 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-470CT) (CAT#: TAB-470CT)
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes SOD1. It showed a strong binding preference for pathologically misfolded or aggregated SOD1. The epitope of this antibody is exposed upon SOD1 misfolding or aggregate formation. In direct ELISA assay, the EC₅₀ value of this antibody with 10 μM coating human SOD1 is 0.39 nM. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. This antibody product could be used in the research of SOD1 targeted immunotherapy and SOD1 detection.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
