Human Anti-SOD1 Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (TAB-470CT-F(E)) (CAT#: TAB-470CT-F(E))
This product is a recombinant human antibody Fab fragment that recognizes SOD1. The misfolded or aggregated SOD1 may lead to diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. This product has a strong binding preference to pathologically misfolded or aggregated SOD1. Its full-length antibody has a high affinity to recombinant human SOD1 with an EC₅₀ of 0.4 nM. This product has a purity higher than 95% determined by SDS-PAGE and an endotoxin level under control.
