Afuco™ Anti-Human TARDBP ADCC Recombinant Antibody, ADCC Enhanced (CAT#: AFC-571CL)
Anti-TARDBP ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The human antibodies specific bind to TDP-43 can be used in therapeutic applications including for example, passive vaccination strategies for treating disorders related to aggregates or other aberrations in TDP-43 expression, such as, frontotemporal lobar degeneration and/or, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and other TDP-43 proteinopathies.
