Effective TLR3 Neutralization
We used clone TLR3.7 to neutralize TLR3 bioactivity in our innate immunity assays. It effectively inhibited the downstream signaling pathways upon dsRNA stimulation. The antibody is affinity purified and safe to use in functional cell culture experiments.
Great For Flow Cytometry
In addition to functional studies, we used this antibody for Flow Cytometry to check TLR3 expression on dendritic cells. The signal was distinct and allowed us to sort the cells based on receptor levels. A very versatile and high-quality reagent.
