Anti-TNFRSF4 ADCC Enhanced Antibody (MEDI6469) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. MEDI6469 is a murine (mouse)-based antibody that binds to and activates a protein in humans called OX40. Because OX40 helps activate the immune system, it is hoped that it will encourage the immune system to recognize and eliminate cancer cells.
