Anti-Human TNFSF15 Recombinant Antibody

Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human TNFSF15. The antibody which binds specifically to TL1a is used in several immune-mediated conditions, such as, experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE; a model of multiple sclerosis), colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, asthma and arthritis. TLla has also been shown to promote formation of foam cells and atherosclerotic plaques.
