Anti-Human TNFSF4 Recombinant Antibody (W66)

The anti-OX40L antibody specifically bind to human OX40L of which a domain containing an asparagine residue located at position-90. By binding to the OX40L and preventing the adhesion of influenza viruses onto the surfaces of cell, the specific antibody can be used for the treatment of influenza.

Figure 1 The mutation of human OX40L at 90 asparagine attenuates the binding affinity only for the clone W66 among anti-human OX40L monoclonal antibodies examined.
MDCK cells were transfected with the wild‐type human OX40L gene (gray) or the 90 asparagine mutant (red, 90Asn→Ala) and were stained with monoclonal antibody W66. The mean fluorescent intensity was measured by flow cytometry.
