Anti-Human TNFSF4 Recombinant Antibody (W66) (CAT#: TAB-0270CL)

The anti-OX40L antibody specifically bind to human OX40L of which a domain containing an asparagine residue located at position-90. By binding to the OX40L and preventing the adhesion of influenza viruses onto the surfaces of cell, the specific antibody can be used for the treatment of influenza.

MDCK cells were transfected with the wild‐type human OX40L gene (gray) or the 90 asparagine mutant (red, 90Asn→Ala) and were stained with monoclonal antibody W66. The mean fluorescent intensity was measured by flow cytometry.
