The CH2 domain that bound TAG-72 was isolated from the library using phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, CH2 domain variants were identified having affinities (KD=0.1 nM) for TAG-72 as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
