PE-A*24:02/HCV E2 (EYVLLLFLL) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC428)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of HCV-derived peptide of EYVLLLFLL sequence covering 717-725 and A*24:02 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes human CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
