This product is a recombinant mouse anti-Hepatitis C virus monoclonal antibody. A7A6H9 specifically binds to glycoprotein E2 associated with HCV and can be potentially used in the treatment and diagnosis of Hepatitis C virus infection.

Figure 1 Monoclonal antibody-mediated inhibition of HCV-LP binding to Huh 7 cells: HCV-LPs were incubated with mAbs (100 g/ml) for 1 h at RT and the mixture was added to Huh 7 cells.
The binding of HCV-LPs was evaluated by flow cytometry using anti-E1E2 polyclonal antibody followed by incubation with Alexa 488-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG. The x axis represents the mAbs and y axis represents percentage inhibition of HCV-LP binding.
