PE-A2/Human HSP90AB1 (ILDKKVEKV) MHC Tetramer
CAT#: MHC-LC3385
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of human HSP90AB1 of peptide ILDKKVEKV covering 570-578 and A2 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- This gene encodes a member of the heat shock protein 90 family; these proteins are involved in signal transduction, protein folding and degradation and morphological evolution. This gene encodes the constitutive form of the cytosolic 90 kDa heat-shock protein and is thought to play a role in gastric apoptosis and inflammation.
