Great for Immunocytochemistry
The clone 24A10 works perfectly for Immunocytochemistry (ICC). We observed clear nuclear staining of SOX17 in our differentiated cell lines. The antibody is specific to the human protein and does not show non-specific binding in the cytoplasm.
Specific Band in Western Blot
We utilized this mouse IgG2b antibody for Western Blotting. It detected a specific band corresponding to SOX17. The stability of the antibody at 4°C for short term is convenient during our busy experimental weeks, retaining its potency without issues.
