Excellent Fab Fragment
We required a Fab fragment to target the IgG Fc region without causing cross-linking, and this product was perfect. It showed specific binding activity in our ELISA assays. The purity was high, determined by SDS-PAGE to be over 90%.
Great for IP
We used this recombinant mouse antibody fragment for immunoprecipitation of IgG Fc. It worked effectively and allowed us to isolate the immunoglobulin complexes for further study. A reliable reagent for structural immunology research.
