Mouse Anti-α5β1 Recombinant Antibody (clone B9)

This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes human, baboon and rabbit αvβ3/αvβ5 on cells and human tissue. Mab B9 inhibits the binding between purified αvβ3 receptor and its ligand, inhibits human SMC migration, and inhibits adhesion. Mab B9 is useful for the therapeutic and/or prophylactic treatment of disorders mediated by αvβ3/αvβ5, such as cancer, in human patients.
