Mouse Anti-ABCC3 Recombinant Antibody (AB78)

The anti-ABCC3 recombinant antibody (AB78) reacts with human, mouse and rat ABCC3. ABCC3 (or MRP3) is an ATP-dependent efflux pump located on the basolateral membrane of hepatocytes and enterocytes. It transports organic anions, bile salts, and glucuronate conjugates. In signaling, it acts as a "backup" pathway for bile acid clearance during cholestasis and is a major contributor to multidrug resistance in various cancers. The anti-ABCC3 antibody (AB78) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
