Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression
Clear IHC Results
We employed this mouse monoclonal antibody for immunohistochemistry on rat tissue sections. Clone 4D1 demonstrated specific binding to ADAM7, helping us visualize the protein's localization. The Protein G affinity purification really seems to help with the signal-to-noise ratio in our imaging experiments.

Consistent Western Blotting
This recombinant antibody was used for Western blotting to detect ADAM7 in human cell lysates. The antibody is very stable and specific, reacting well across the species we tested, including mouse. The liquid format with glycerol made storage and handling very convenient for our team.

Q&As

  1. What species does this antibody react with and what are the applications?

A: This mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 4D1) is capable of binding to ADAM7 from Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It has been validated for use in Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).

  2. How is this antibody purified and supplied?

A: The antibody is purified using Protein G affinity chromatography, achieving a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied as a liquid in 1*TBS (pH 7.4), 0.5% BSA, 50% Glycerol, and 0.05% Sodium Azide.
