Useful For Functional Assays
We integrated this anti-ADAMTS13 scFv fragment into our functional studies regarding von Willebrand Factor cleavage. Being derived from a human phage display library, clone I-9 offered the specificity we needed. It performed reliably in our assays, helping us elucidate the mechanisms of enzyme inhibition.
High Specificity ELISA
The scFv fragment showed excellent binding to Human ADAMTS13 in our ELISA setup. The purity was confirmed to be greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, which is critical for our sensitive plate-based assays. It's a great reagent for researchers studying thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura related pathways.
