Recombinant monoclonal antibody can sepecially bind to human progesterone. This anti-ADAMTS13 scFv antibody I-9 is useful in the treatment of patients with acquired thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP). The antibody has been tested in some applications including Western blot (WB), ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Inhibition and Functional assay.
