Rabbit Anti-ALDH7A1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R01-9D6)

Clone R01-9D6 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that specifically targets human ALDH7A1. ALDH7A protein has a calculated weight of 58 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R01-9D6 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunofluorescence (dilution range 1:50-1:200), immunoprecipitation (dilution range 1:20).
