Human Anti-ANGPT2 Recombinant Antibody (clone MEDI6/5); Fab Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-AP006-YC-F(E))
Provided is an antibody against Angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2). Specifically, the anti-Ang2 antibody can be used for treating ischemia, reducing microvascular permeability, increasing microvascular perfusion, reducing inflammation in a tissue, and treating or ameliorating diseases associated with ischemia and reperfusion injury. The antibody is also useful for protecting solid organ transplant tissue and treating or preventing chronic tissue transplant rejection.
