Mouse Anti-ATM Recombinant Antibody (AT634)

The anti-ATM recombinant antibody (AT634) reacts with human, mouse, monkey and rat ATM. ATM is a master protein kinase that initiates the DNA Damage Response (DDR) specifically in response to double-strand breaks. Upon activation by the MRN complex, it phosphorylates p53, Chk2, and H2AX. This signaling cascade triggers immediate cell cycle arrest at the G1/S checkpoint to allow for DNA repair or to initiate apoptosis if the damage is irreparable. The anti-ATM antibody (AT634) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
