The AbPlus Anti-BTK Magnetic Beads (CBACN-075) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-BTK specific antibody (CBACN-075). The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of BTK protein under native and denaturing conditions.

Mutations in this gene cause X-linked agammaglobulinemia type 1, which is an immunodeficiency characterized by the failure to produce mature B lymphocytes, and associated with a failure of Ig heavy chain rearrangement. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.

These beads are essential for our B cell receptor signaling research. They reliably pull down BTK from B cell lysates, allowing us to monitor changes in kinase phosphorylation status under various stimulation conditions with high sensitivity.
