This is a recombinant human fab fragment antibody that binds to human CALCA. The antibody has IgG and scfv fragment formats. The IgG antibody binds to CGRP-alpha via ELISA with an EC₅₀ of 154 pM and inhibits CGRP-alpha-induced cAMP production with an IC₅₀ of 452 pM.
